A resting electrocardiogram (ECG) is a primary diagnostic tool used to evaluate the intrinsic electrical activity of the heart. It provides a picture of the myocardial rhythm at rest, revealing any deviations in rate. This simple procedure requires placing leads on the individual's chest, arms, and legs to record the electrical impulses generated
